There are short breaks between the rounds.
Children need to bring their own food and drinks
This tournament is an individual and not a team event. The tournament is restricted to players under 18 years of age on the day of the tournament (i.e. players who are aged 17 or less). The tournament is a ‘Swiss’ competition with approximately 7 rounds. This means that all players play in all games and no-one is ‘knocked out’ of the tournament.
The time limit is 15 minutes per player per game.
This tournament will be ACF Quick rated (depending on sufficient numbers of rated players entering).
Trophies will be given for: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place.
Age performance trophies awarded to the following age groups:
11/12 Years Prize
9/10 Years Prize
8 Years and under Prize
